The new “Atlas of Switzerland 2.0” features top-quality maps and high interactivity with easy-to-use navigation, visualization and analysis functions.
In the 2D section over 650 map themes cover weather & climate, geology & natural resources, soil, water, ice & snow, landscape, flora and fauna. There are over 350 statistical maps covering society, economy, state & politics, and Switzerland & Europe.
In the 3D section panoramic views and block diagrams can be combined with satellite maps, lakes, forests, human settlements and glaciers. In addition, fog, hard shadow, altitudinal gradations, gradient of slope, aspect, visibility and terrain profiles can be calculated and displayed.
